He was quite successful in his wars with Parthia &amp; Armenia, thus this victory issue. However, he was prone to a life of luxury and sometimes did not enter the field with his legions. It appears to be Hadrian, made of good silver but the reverse is very nearly worn blank (I believe I see vestiges of a winged Victory, rotate the Rx. 45 deg. CW in photo, I need to modify the photo).
