This is rather nice example of a right facing Justinian portrait. The Antioch mint and city were renamed after the devestating earthquake of November 528 A.D. The new name was Theoupolis but it had a variety of renditions and spellings. I believe this is SB#216 with officina of 'Delta'. This piece weighs 13.9 g. and is about 31 x 33 mm.
DN IVSTINIANVS PP AVG, pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right / Large M, star to left, cross above, star to right, officina letter below, mintmark 'THEUB.'
