Issued under the British Protectorate and the Sultan Hussein Kamil. Decent condition, hard to find much better and a key date (2.9 M minted) and type 1 with inner circle. Here the mintmark "H" appears clearly on the ribbon knot (actually 'HB' for Heaton Birmingham). KM's SCWC only shows a mintmark for the Heaton mint on the 1917 type 2 (without inner circle), so that was an omission, for reasons unknown.
