Democratic Republic of Germany (East Germany). 50 Pfennigs with factory and agricultural scene. This is the scarcer aluminum-bronze version of 1949 - 1950. The extremely rare 1949 is considered a pattern. This example is a nice AU+ with BU's going for very much higher prices.
