I've actually never seen a quinarius, if that is what this is. It appears to be
Hadrian, made of good silver but the reverse is very nearly worn blank (I believe I see vestiges of a winged Victory, rotate the Rx. 45 deg. CW in photo, I need to modify the photo). Anyway it's a small silver coin that may be a quinarius or a provincial issue. As a Victory quinarius the description is:
Hadrian AR Quinarius. Rome, AD 119-122. IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, laureate bust right / P M TR P COS III, Victory advancing right, holding wreath and palm. RSC 103; BMC 222; RIC 103. 1.66g, 20mm
OR as Trajan, 98 – 117
