While this is a large star variety, it shows charcteristics of one of the 9 varieties in Wenchao. Specifically, the the Hammer & Sickle show pronounced striation patterns as shown in Wenchao #1091, except this specimen has the hammer handle over the sickle. This is an obvious characteristic, more distinguishable than the star size but never attributed. This is NOT an authentic piece. This appears to be a plain 'large' star variety.
