Courtland (ghosttown) was also a fairly temporary mining camp to the the east of Tombstone Arizona. When I visited there in the late '70's to mine for azurite the only thing left was the stone and concrete jail house - complete with iron bars. No doubt there was a wooden building over this structure. Tag with this token states it was a minting error because the business was really named 'Sharkey's', in any case all tokens from here are very rare and this one is R8 with 7 - 12 known. It's listed as operating only in 1909 while Arizona was still a territory. It's got a genuine desert crust so it's probably a lucky detector find.
