Byzantine Empire - Justinian I "The Great" - Follis. Antioch Mint (TH4e; Theoupolis mint, renamed from ANTIX following the great earthquake when a large portion of the city was destroyed and burned).

RX: ANNO 'M', Regnal Year XXXI (557/558 A.D.) Officina 'C' (r) under 'M'.
