This is an Intaglio Mint product, they are most excellent, and I particularly like the USA Tribute series. Some of the issues are very high relief and are true to the original designs. This design is rarely seen and is quite striking, don't you think? The Intaglio Mint produces these in limited quantities, some very limited, and the can sell out quickly. The contrast of the nude female with buffalo is unusual and presents a stark contrast. The reverse, true to the theme, presents Native Americans from both North & South America, as represented on their shields.
