Caius Aurelius Valerius Diocletianus (A.D. 284-305). Diocletian attempted to restore Rome and a big part of that effort was his famous monetary reform - celebrated with this post-reform Follis (1 AE Follis = 5 AE denarii). Here's a wonderful high grade example of this 2nd large scale issue that had a face value twice the previous issue.
