The famous liberator that began the process of liberation from Spain throughout Latin America. Photo show a mottled effect which is not seen in hand, shows inadequate lighting can 'damage' a coin. Coin has a bright and lustrous surface. 1.6 million of this year minted. Earlier years can be quite valuable.
