Northern Song Dynasty of Emperor Tai Zong (976 -997 AD). I used to have it listed under Tai Ping Rebels but they should be yellow copper (brass). Li Script of N. Song inscription type.
OB: Tai Ping Tung Pao (or Tong Bao; t,b,l,r).
RX: dot above the hole & blended into the rim
