Commemorate the 10th Year of the Republic. Ob: President Hsu Shih-chang. Rx: "Ren Shou Tong Deng" (Benevolence is as high as the age); "September of the 10th Year of the Republic of China". I assume this is a clever counterfeit but it has what looks like legitimate wear. Perfectly reeded edge. I am seeking comment on this piece.
