Acquistion on a whim. It's from the Socialist Republic of VietNam with first strikes in 1976. It follows the same very general design of KM14 of 1976 (also struck in silver as a pattern, Pn2). The Man that wrote the book(s) on Vietnam, H. Daniel III, tells me it's a 'Fantasy' strike; obviously their fantasy was on a low order. Not in any book that I know of yet but probably in Mr. Daniels'.
