Business strike in a typical 'baggy' UNC. condition. See the actual series of coins struck by him during the 1809 insurrection against Napoleon and his Bavarian allies. This is the first 50 Schillings of a long series of commemorative coins of Austria. Also the 2009 Euro commemorative of Hofer and the 'lady captain' named Giuseppina Negrelli, can also be seen here in the Moneta Museum.
