There are a lot of neo-classical themes for Italian coins even post-WWII. Here's a bold design [by G. Romagnoli] that appears appropriate for an Olympic games mixed with the celebration of a grape producing heritage. Looking back to earlier in that decade you can see the same obverse profile with a fasces overlain and w/o hand.
