With a nice depiction of a Phoenician galley these are hard to find in top condition. This one is pretty good. There's a 1st in the series for 1925 without the privy marks on both sides of the denomination, they share the 1.5 M mintage but I'm sure the one without privy marks is scarcer. I'm sure they were struck in France, probably Paris.
