Library of Congress Commemorative. The first bi-metallic coin struck by the USA. Quarter ounce each of gold and platinum and one of the finer designs yet conceived. There's a silver dollar commemorative for the Library as well. 27,445 of these proofs were struck while the BU version has only 7,261 struck.
