Here is a rare example, fairly well cast and preserved - yet, maybe it's authentic. 50 Cash size with wide rims cast in a yellow copper (brass). OB: Tai Ping tian guo; RX: vertical 'Sheng pao'. ND (1860 -62). Regular style writing. DHQ# 4.18 (4 scarcity) type 4.2 (oblong Guo); Hartill 23. 13 [scarcity 6] C# 38-3.1; Ma&Ma T119. 48 mm at 32.5 gm. Probably the best over-all T.P. one could hope to find from the regular issues.
