First year of issue (USSR) for this scarce, red-brown, example of 1924. Varieties exists but a specialized book and knowledge would be required to distinguish them. This one is not reeded on the edge, reeded varieties are rare. This is currently rated the highest on the PCGS site, you can see their photo at this [ link ] The actual coin is redder than their photo indicates, not as dark.
