1-11: Tang Dynasty, 'Kai Yuan tong bao' ['The Inaugural Currency'; written: top, bottom, right, left]. This appears to be a Late type [732 - 907 AD]. Appears to be a degenerate specimen and therefore Hartill # 14.7. See the previous coin for a well made example.
