This is the 'incuse' wing adornment variety which appears to be the more common. See the other 20 Kreutzer piece for a 'raised' wing adornment variety. There is supposed to be at least one more variety of one of these two general types with varied characteristics - please help if you know what distinguishes the last variety. There is a history of the insurrection in my Library that speculates on the two month period in which Andreas Hofer had the power and opportunity to strike all of his issues.
See the other entry for other details.
