Equatorial Guinea was fairly early the NCLT issue game. This one honors Lincoln during the Civil War (1861 - 1865). They paid tribute to Pope John XXIII, Lenin, Lincoln, and then Gandhi. They also honored certain art works like their famous "Naked Maja" by Goya and Durer's "Praying Hands", etc.
