Maximinus I [Thrax, 235-238AD] Denarius. Very scarce reverse type. OB: MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG; Rx: VICTORIA GERM; Victory standing facing l. holding wreath and corn stalk, with captive at feet. This pairs with my sestertius of the same theme and both are part of my "Rome in Germany" collection. 19mm, 2.80g
