I have not researched this coin yet but my guess is that this is a depiction of Alexander the Great of Macedon. The territory of Albania may have been incorporated in ancient Macedonia and the hero of Albania (Skanderbeg or Iskander) name derives from "Alexander". It's a gorgeous neo-classical coin design with slightly over 1 M minted by the Rome mint.
