This is a two year type coin, only minted in 1902 and 1903 and the only Italian coin of this denomination. While the mintages were large, it is a difficult coin to find. This one was in a mixed lot that I bought so was a pleasant surprise. The 20 centesimi pieces were minted for years and are extremely common.
